7. Leaderboards and User-Submitted Content

Whack-A-Villain includes a global leaderboard. By submitting a score or villain name, you grant WhackJoy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content on the platform.

 

You agree that any content you submit — including villain names, usernames, or wish content — will:

 

• Not contain offensive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content

• Not include personal information of any third party without their consent

• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party

 

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

 

8. Privacy
